Equipment
SaaS & AI
Software and onboard AI keep pipe racks, welds, and plant equipment under watch. Flights run on a schedule. Your team opens a browser instead of climbing the structure.
Machine drones
A mobile robot welds the pipe. It rolls to the joint, holds a repeatable path, and watches the bead without a person standing on the line.
Plant floors
An automated floor cleaning robot covers aisles and work floors on its own. It scrubs, follows a set route, and leaves the plant ready for the next shift.
Under Development
A personal flying machine for recreation. One seat, electric lift, and short flights over open water and open land. This is not plant equipment.
It is a technology currently under development by UDMC with manufacturers around the world. It is not currently available for commercial purchase, lease, or operational use within Canada. All operations inside Canadian airspace strictly require a valid Transport Canada Pilot Permit, medical declaration, civil aircraft registration, and compliant liability insurance. UDMC does not support, condone, or assume liability for any flight operations conducted outside of this federal aviation framework. Operational use is available in the United States and other countries depending on applicable laws.

Enterprise Operational Intelligence (EOI) is the central nervous system for the modern enterprise.
Built on advanced tracking logic and real-time behavioral telemetry, the EOI platform treats your entire business infrastructure, the networks, operational workflows, and team communication exactly like a precise flight path. By monitoring your entire business tracking data, EOI provides management with an always-on, automated audit of all operational processes. Leveraging super-intelligence data processing across all business aspects, EOI uncovers hidden patterns, predicts inefficiencies, and delivers the deep analytical insights needed for continuous operational refinement. EOI utilizes advanced telemetry to map your workflows, prevent data loss, and deploy instant, automated system protection whenever an anomaly is detected. Designed to scale seamlessly across all sectors, EOI transforms chaotic corporate data into a unified, self-defending, and constantly evolving ecosystem. Whether deployed as a versatile software platform or an air-gapped, closed hardware system, our technology delivers automated, machine-speed continuous organizational refinement. Secure your corporate assets, give management total visibility, and optimize your business with absolute precision.
Under Research and Development
United Drone Machine Corporation is bridging the gap between raw hardware and cognitive execution. Global technology is racing to turn Enterprise AI into the "brain and hands" of physical machinery. This is a massive leap forward currently driven by intensive R&D and global pilot programs. At United Drone Machine Corporation, we are right at the center of this evolution. We are leveraging cutting-edge machine learning and predictive intelligence to build a world where our drones exist as physical aerial and ground machines, or purely digital software agents navigating complex data environments that autonomously analyze, decide, and execute workflows to keep your enterprise moving ahead of the curve.

General Information Only The content, specifications, and autonomous capabilities displayed on this website are for marketing and informational purposes only. United Drone Machine Corporation does not sell off-the-shelf hardware or offer unregulated autonomous flight services.
Aviation Compliance All long-range, automated, and Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) capabilities showcased—including but not limited to the UDM Inspect, UDM WeldAssist, and UDM Facility platforms—are strictly subject to Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). Operating these systems requires appropriate Transport Canada approvals, hardware declarations under Standard 922, and Special Flight Operations Certificates (SFOC).
Micro-Drone Exception Robotic or aerial platforms weighing under 250 grams (micro-drones) are subject to separate, relaxed classification under Transport Canada regulations. While they do not require formal registration or pilot certification, they must still be operated safely and in a manner that does not jeopardize aviation or public safety.
Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) & Ground Systems Ground-based robotic machinery, material handling equipment, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) operating up to or exceeding a 30 km operational or battery cycle range are subject to strict operating domain limits. These systems are intended exclusively for localized facility, plant, or private industrial property use and do not cross into public roadways or regulated domestic airspace.
International Trade, Wireless Data & Cellular Controls To ensure all mobile platforms qualify as non-controlled, non-dual-use civilian commercial goods, our long-range teleoperation and data transmission architectures utilize standard, commercial-grade public cellular network protocols (such as standard 4G LTE or 5G). Our systems explicitly exclude high-powered, military-grade radio transmitters, custom proprietary long-range mesh networking equipment, and tactical encrypted communications gear that would trigger international trade restrictions or dual-use export licensing.
Infrared & Thermal Sensing Hardware Any integrated thermal imaging cameras, infrared sensors, or multi-spectral payloads provided with our platforms are built strictly to non-tactical civilian industrial standards. To remain exempt from strategic, dual-use controlled goods classifications, any included thermal imaging components utilize commercial-grade micro-sensors operating strictly under a 9 Hz (Hertz) frame refresh rate, rendering them compliant with general international trade exemptions for non-military infrastructure and facility monitoring.
Systems in Development Certain robotic platforms, features, and humanoid worker systems described herein are currently under development or restricted to authorized pilot projects. Visual representations may simulate planned capabilities and do not constitute a guarantee of real-time commercial availability or performance in all industrial environments.
Enterprise Software & Telemetry Separation The Enterprise Operational Intelligence (EOI) platform is a digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) network and workflow monitoring solution. While built conceptually upon advanced telemetry tracking logic, EOI operates completely independently of physical hardware, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). The deployment of EOI software does not grant, imply, or substitute for the regulatory aviation permits, Transport Canada flight certificates, or Standard 922 hardware declarations required to operate physical autonomous platforms.
AI Governance & Automated Mitigation The EOI platform utilizes advanced data analytics and algorithmic processing—referred to for marketing purposes as "super-intelligence data processing"—to audit enterprise workflows and flag operational anomalies. While the platform offers "machine-speed containment" features to mitigate data leaks and security threats, all automated interventions are strictly configured by the client organization. United Drone Machine Corporation does not control, supervise, or assume liability for automated operational shutdowns, network isolations, or process modifications executed by the software. Client organizations maintain sole responsibility for implementing "human-in-the-loop" overrides to ensure compliance with regional AI governance laws, labor standards, and workplace safety regulations.
Workplace Monitoring & Privacy Compliance EOI is designed to monitor corporate infrastructure, data pathways, and internal operational workflows. Implementing EOI involves processing behavioral telemetry and tracking operational data across a client’s workforce. The client enterprise assumes absolute and sole liability for ensuring that all continuous tracking, process auditing, and data collection comply fully with local labor laws, workplace privacy acts, and regional surveillance disclosure regulations (including, but not limited to, PIPEDA, provincial privacy frameworks, GDPR, and CCPA). United Drone Machine Corporation expressly disclaims any liability arising from a client’s failure to secure proper employee consent, issue required workplace monitoring notices, or lawfully utilize tracking data in personnel management or performance evaluations.
Data Custody & Security Indemnification By aggregating internal communications, network paths, and operational data, EOI acts as a centralized dashboard for management auditing. The client retains full ownership, custody, and control over all data ingested by the platform. While EOI includes native containment protocols to identify and prevent data anomalies, its deployment does not guarantee immunity from cyberattacks, data breaches, or insider threats. United Drone Machine Corporation shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss, corporate espionage, or business interruption—resulting from unauthorized third-party access to the client’s consolidated EOI data environment. Clients are required to maintain independent, industry-standard cybersecurity defenses alongside the EOI deployment.
